Natalie Sinisgalli-Kettavong
I started my photography business, formerly NSP Studio in 2007, while the ink on my diploma from RIT’s Imaging & Photographic Technology program was still drying. I quickly realized the power a photographic experience can have on how a woman feels about herself, and NSP’s mission became apparent… to create a safe space for women to feel seen and heard, where we could create confidence inspiring images that changed how women see themselves, and how they are seen by the world.
Fast forward to 2019, upon becoming pregnant with my son, I realized that inspiring confidence in women was no longer enough for me- I wanted to help women achieve agency and financial independence in business. In short - the wage gap makes me really [expletive] angry, and being on the precipice of having a tiny human to care for, I experienced a fear that I know MANY women have experienced in some form or another. Will my ability to create an income be threatened? I felt fire in my belly to support women in their pursuits to make money, and while I did this at Embolden for it’s first two years through business coaching, over time and through a pandemic it became apparent to me that we were always supposed to be a brand agency. In my years at NSP I have helped thousands of women curate their visual brand stories, and we are beyond excited to expand our offerings to support this outcome.

Natalie Sinisgalli-Kettavong is an International award-winning photographer, and the 2023 Athena Award Young Professional winner. As the founder of NSP Studio since 2007, Natalie has photographed stars such as Michael Douglas, Michael Keaton, Julia Roberts, Jodie Foster.

Nina Piccini
After working for large retailers such as Athleta & Anthropologie, I immersed myself in economic and community development - creating classes and teaching small business owners the importance of having an online presence. In 2019 I started my own freelancing business where I sought out to help small business owners thrive online through digital marketing coaching, do-it-for-you services, and photography. I didn’t get too far before I realized I needed guidance and made one of the best investments in myself, I hired Natalie as my business consultant who had literally just started Embolden.
A true partnership was born, it sounds cheesy but it’s true - I knew immediately I wanted to be a part of what Natalie was building. Once Natalie learned about my digital marketing background and no-nonsense strategy for helping women build a sustainable online presence, she brought me onto the Embolden Your Brand team, where I now develop digital marketing and content creation strategies for our clients (and also our brand!).
Nina Piccini has supported 100+ businesses with their online digital marketing presence, and is in constant pursuit of current knowledge of the ever-changing digital landscape.

Alyssa Marzolf DeWitt
I am a trained fine art photographer with a BFA and an MFA in photography; I started out editing my own photographs and ended up at Embolden Your Brand (formerly NSP Studio) 11 years ago.
I’m mostly on the photography side of the business. I see your images through from the moment they're captured to when you finally receive your polished photos. It's my job to make sure your delivered images are beautifully free of distractions so that you can enjoy them for years to come.
You can usually find me at home, working on new images from the studio, sipping a nice cup of coffee, or hiking a local trail. I have twin toddler daughters (fraternal) who are usually a step or two behind me, and a wonderful husband who makes music and loves to garden.
Alyssa has worked with the NSP + Embolden Your Brand teams for over a decade. She is a steadfast employee, friend, advocate and her keen attention to detail is what makes your images truly shine.
