How to Use AI in Your Business to Work Smarter and not Harder

This topic is super buzzy right now.  Everywhere we look we are seeing somebody cover the topic of working with AI, and honestly it's great because you should not be afraid of this tool [not yet anyway].  Our friend and Futurist, Erica Orange says “AI is coming for tasks not jobs” - and that couldn't be more true of a statement.

Are you using AI to help lift the load of your mental capacity?  Here's a few of our favorite ways we're using AI tools:

  • Auto-Culling software for photography shoots.  This helps our editor eliminate duplicates or blurry images [they happen, ok?] before she even has to start editing the shoot freeing up time to do more skilled tasks. *We use Aftershoot

  • ChatGPT for… everything. Sales Copy, Marketing Strategies, Workshop Frameworks, Email Responses, Grocery Lists/Meal Plans… that's just naming a few. Learning how to effectively give this tool prompts, your brand voice, and messaging and editing to update it's memory is key to efficiently use this tool.

  • AI Notetaker for Video Conference calls.  Ever get off the Zoom call and think, hmm I should have been taking notes but I wanted to appear engaged in the conversation? Yep, this is the perfect tool for that.  Once the meeting is complete this AI tool generates meeting notes, a transcription, and action items based on what was said. *We use Fathom

  • Magic Design and Magic Write in Canva. If you're already using Canva as a design tool for your business, this should be an easy lift.  The Magic studio is great for designing graphics or even writing copy for a presentation, pitch, or guide.  *Tip: be sure your voice and brand personality are loaded into your custom brand kit.
